Tore began his banking career with Citibank. He was recruited by Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) and built a half-a-billion dollar global finance organization. He has also founded and built several additional companies and ran a large NYSE company.
Tore now serves as a director on several corporate boards and as an advisor to chief executives. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of World Technology Group, a large Canadian based global franchising company, and serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Advisory Board for a software company based in Seattle. Tore also serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO), and a number of other corporate and civic boards.
Tore served in the Royal Norwegian Air Force. After an honorable discharge, he was awarded a scholarship to study in the United States, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and an MBA in finance, international trade and computer science.
